Research implications for creating systems

  1. Create coaching system to support diverse role models and continuous employment that are extracted from our research findings (at corporation and individual levels).
  2. Consider hiring systems that motivate female employees in corporations via training, and salary systems
  3. Change workplace environment and attitudes to enable men’s participation in child care at home.
  4. Suggest family policies based on work/life balance.
  5. Suggest cultivating programs for self-governing bodies

Based on new findings from our research, practitioners in corporations, government, labor unions, and NGO (in collaboration with project researchers) will create a new system on work/life balance.
