Special Practice in Global Science & Technology Ⅶ will open from August 27 to September 6.
This class is offered as 6-day intensive course. It includes six courses covering Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Human Environmental Sciences, Food and Nutritional Sciences. Each course takes a day and offers laboratory work using the most advanced instruments equipment in its field.
This is a very good opportunity for students to expand their academic visions through the experience in the fields out of their specialties.
This class welcomes any students in the master and doctoral programs. Undergraduate students can also attend the class.

Instructor: Atsuko Sato Location: Science Building 1 Room 521, Science Building 2 Room 203 Equipment: NanoDrop, Gel imaging instrument, Bioanalyzer Content: To observe dynamics of the cells forming organisms, it is important to analyze the distribution and expression of specific molecules in cells. For this analysis, learning on principle and usage of the confocal laser scanning microscopy. Preparation: Please bring writing utensils and a lab coat. Please pre-study principle of PCR. Report submission will be required by the end of September. |
