Special Course on Global Female Leader [Training] was held by collaboration with J-Win (Japan Women’s Innovative Network). Eight Japanese female leaders from major companies were invited to give a lecture on how to make efforts to become a business leader. Audience was from various fields– graduate students, post-doctoral researchers, and workers. They discussed together to learn leadership. Also, the students from the minor course of Science and Technology for Global Leaders participated and gave good speeches about the goals of their courses. Prof. Yoko Iwata, a faculty of the Leading Graduate School Program and the coordinator of this lecture, summarized that this lecture was so useful for audience to learn how to become a global leader.
